COVID-19 Health, Safety & Flower Delivery Update
We are committed to serving our customers and will continue doing so during this time. However, we do have to operate a little differently right now while also following government COVID-19 regulations for the safety of our customers and staff members. Below are a few changes we have implemented.
- DELIVERIES: All deliveries will continue to follow the no-contact regulation. How this works: We will call ahead to confirm the address and to be sure someone will be there to accept the order. We will then leave it in the designated area for the recipient to retrieve after we have left.
- PICK UP ORDERS: Our showroom is now open for pick up orders, but we are still offering curbside pick up if you would prefer that.
- SAME DAY ORDERS: We will try to accommodate same day orders, but may have to do next day, feel free to call us with any questions.
- SUBSTITUTIONS: Due to limited flower availability, we may have to make substitutions to your order. We will try to make it as similar as possible to the photo you choose on our website. If you have questions on this or are wanting a specific flower, please call us at 317-831-3333 and one of our designers will be happy to assist you.
